Josh,
Happy 24th birthday.
I don't have money for a gift right now, so I made you this instead. Honestly, I think it's the one gift nobody else could give you, because nobody else was there for all of it. Just the two of us.
You know where we came from. We grew up without a dad. Mommy carried everything. Then came our teenage years, which I don't need to explain, because you were there too. Some nights it felt like it was just the two of us against the world. Honestly, it was.
They call the offlane the hard lane. We were never scared of it, because that's where we grew up. But nobody survives the offlane alone. You need a pos 4 who won't leave you. That's you, Josh. In the game and outside of it.
Now look at us. We pay for our own food. We eat at places we used to just walk past. We order what we want without doing the math in our heads first. Every match in that history, we paid for with our own work. To other people that's a small thing. To us, it's everything.
We're not the kind of brothers who say this stuff to each other's faces. We say it with "gg," with "one more," with staying up way too late in the same queue. But every game we play together, I'm telling you the same thing: I've got you. Always. Whatever lane life puts you in, I'm right there with you.
Thanks for being my support. Thanks for staying. Thanks for being the one person who gets me without me having to explain.
Mommy raised two of us, and I'm proud that one of them is you.
Happy birthday, Josh. We've got a lot more games ahead of us, and a lot more meals we'll pay for ourselves.
Love you, bro.Kuya Gabby
